Circle Anglia
With a dedicated team of more than 2,200 staff, Circle Anglia manages over 61,500 homes, and provides care and support services for around 200,000 people across the UK. Providing general needs, sheltered and supported housing, Circle Anglia also has a range of responsive care, support and maintenance services.
Rook Systems delivers tailored on-site CDM awareness courses to staff from the member organisations of the Circle Anglia Group, at specified locations and to suit their specific requirements.
Aire Valley Homes Leeds
Aire Valley Homes are responsible for managing over 15,000 homes on behalf of Leeds City Council. Their responsibilities include, repairs and maintenance, rent collection, letting empty homes and all other tenancy matters to a range of homes across a diverse area of Leeds.
Rook Systems delivers tailored on-site CDM awareness courses to managers at AVH to ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities under the CDM regulations, where and when they apply, and how they can best comply with them. Special attention is paid to the Decent Homes standards.
Haringey Council
Rook Systems created a tailored induction course for the Council, which was delivered in two sessions on the same day. Delegates were students taking the www.cdm2007.org online training, and they were introduced through hands-on experience to selected course modules. Senior management at Haringey were very pleased with the results.
Merton Priory Homes
Merton Priory Homes (MPH) was formed in 2010 following the transfer of stock from Merton Council. MPH owns and manages nearly 9,461 homes across Wimbledon, Morden and Mitcham in South West London. MPH are investing £129 million over the next ten years to bring homes they manage up to the modern standards their tenants deserve; standards fit for the 21st century. Within the first two years MPH have already delivered 65 out of 91 promises they made to their community. The other 29 promises are long-term projects, like decent homes, but MPH are confident they will deliver them on time, as they promised.

Mole Valley Housing Association
Mole Valley Housing Association (MVHA) Ltd was established as a result of Mole Valley District Council's tenants voting a resounding ‘Yes’ in March 2007 to set up an independent housing association. Mole Valley Housing Association owns and manages over 3500 homes and properties that were previously owned by Mole Valley District Council. MVHA also own more than 350 leasehold properties.
